I am told that all the figures came from an important Belgian collection, and have been in storage for some years. Offered for sale is is this fine reliquary figure in carved wood and beaton copper from Gabon.This is made by the Kota or Mahongwe people as a reliquary figure. 47.5cm tall, and in good condition though dirty and dusty.
