The ADINKRA symbols of the stool is the AFENA ( A state ceremonial sword ) and it means the retiring great warrior always has a royal sword of rest and is a symbol of recognition ( Many times this design of stool was used by the guards of the King or Chief ) The stool is in very good condition with some cracks in the wood ( please see photos ) , some paint and ink stains ( please see photos ) and some wear and small damages due to age and usage .Please see photosThe size of the stool is Length 18 1/2 " ( 47 CM ) , 9 1/2" ( 24 CM ) Wide and Height 12 1/2" ( 32 CM ) at the highest point. <P>  A real piece of African art at affordable price !!!!!!
